The National Football League (NFL) player Mark Brunell has reportedly filed for bankruptcy after racking up debt problems totalling $24.8 million.

An MP has named Stranraer the bankruptcy capital of Scotland, after figures were released showing that the region has one of the highest rates of bankruptcy per 10,000 residents in the country.
